Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Officer who will be responsible for meeting sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company and regularly report on sales activities and results. Actively promote and sell our products to potential customers in the designated territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities. Identify and approach new prospects and develop leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions and market intelligence. Monitor market trends and competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Provide product information and demonstrations and presentations to customers highlighting the benefits and features. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge and sales techniques through continuous learning and training. Understand customer needs and requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably with a specialization in Marketing or Business.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales preferably in a similar industry or field.
Skills: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with customers effectively. Good time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences. Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales success. Strong persuasive and influencing abilities to close sales deals.
