Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors and stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales activities. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned territory. Identify and explore new business opportunities & markets and potential customers. Lead and manage a team of sales officers and providing guidance & training and support to achieve sales objectives. Prepare and present sales reports & forecasts and budgets to senior management. Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management on market trends & customer needs and competitor activities. Set sales targets and closely monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure they are achieved.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably with a post-graduate degree or MBA in Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position and field.
Skills: Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to lead and motivate the sales team. Knowledge of the AP and Telangana market and understanding of the local business environment is preferred. Proficiency in numerical analysis and data interpretation to make informed business decisions. Proven planning and organizational abilities to develop and implement sales strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
